The Weekend

Okay my life has never been this much shocking. First, I lost my phone. My precious baby Andy! Then, it was my friend, her room was broken into and the robber took her laptop, cell phone and a broadband device. All these happened in one day! Luckily I got something to distract myself, a complete set of The Hunger Games novels! Yay! I know I'm a tad late behind with this Hunger Games madness but better late than never, right? 

So on Saturday which was the day I lost my phone, I went hang out with my friends. Just a walk around in the shopping mall, spent hours in the book store and of course eating some yummy foods! We decided to dine in at the Vivo American Pizza & Panini and it was worth the money! 

My lunch - The Chicken and Mushroom Baked Spaghetti

 The spaghetti was so cheesy and delicious! If you love cheese and spaghetti, this is the perfect dish for you!

Yummy cake! - Oreo Cheesecake 

 I love this cake! It was so yummy and mouth watering. A must try!

So that was how my weekend. Sunday, just chilling in my room and thinking on how am I going to afford a new phone...and what type of model should I get?..

So I updated my Etsy shop with a new necklace. It's a mini felt book that I made few weeks ago but I just got my hand on the antique brass chain. It's so beautiful and cute. Right now, I only have one but I'll put more soon =) Follow up here are some photos of the necklace. Enjoy.

My Etsy Shopping Experience

I have been on Etsy for a quite long time but I never really into it, spending time to shop and such. Just browsing and drooling, ogling at those pretty, cute, awesome, beautifully made items but never got a chance to buy them. It was suck to be a high school kid, without money alas without credit/debit card.

But last year, on December I applied for Tune2Big Debit Card by Tune Money and my online Etsy life has been wonderful since then. =) Reloaded my card and set up my Etsy shop, put some items in there, and made my first Etsy purchase.

What I bought was a handmade mini journal necklace from Thailand. It's still in its journey to here, hoping that it will arrive safely. Few days later, I bought handmade facial soap for my face and a lip balm to treat my lips after a long day talking..hehehehe..I can't wait to get my hands on them!

Made my first Etsy Treasury, it's really fun. Discovering new things and put them together.

Books Everywhere

Ahh it's Sunday and it's the last day of the Chinese New Year Holidays. I have to go back to my campus today. But this week I did cut a lot of felts and turning them into these cute little books (well the other one is a journal).  

This is the journal, with a little patched red heart cut out from faux leather. Each book and journal have 4  pages and sew by hand. Will probably turn them into necklaces.

This week, I'm so in the mood of crafting. Yay for me! Because it's been a long time since I got some times to get my hands busy with sewing and cutting. Working my brain on designing new things. I'm so happy right now =)
